Right of withdrawal - Return items and Refund
If you want you can return any products for any reason. For example:
- The size isn't right for you,
- you find a manufacture fault or
- you don't like the products you have order
Before you ship anything, please send us an email or login and use your contact form, describing the problem.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods.
For any damaged /defective or incorrect order please send us a message through our contact form (or email us) explaining the problem. Please attach a picture of the problem. We will resend or replace the problematic products.
- After Purchase and Before Delivery. You can cancel your order and have a full refund anytime before we will ship your package. Most of the times this is one day. If for any reason we delay more then one day to ship your order you can cancel and get a full refund anytime before we send you an email update and change your order to "shipped".
- After Purchase and After Delivery. You can send your return no later then 14days from the day you have receive our package.
In Perfect Condition
- You can NOT return any underwear product that was used in any way.
- You can NOT return items that has been washed.
- You can NOT return the items without the original packaging
Returning charge and Shipping Cost on Returning Goods
- Customers can select any carrier for the return. Any shipping cost regarding the return is paid by the customer and isn't refunded.
- For Greece please visit the Greek version of the page.
- As soon we receive your package we would refund you with the value of the goods.
- We will not refund the shipping cost that you have paid to receive the goods.
- The refund would be send only to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to pay the order.
- If you want to replace the items you have send, please make a new order.
